We are C&K Scaffolding Ltd, a family-run scaffolder providing our services across Chandlers Ford, Southampton, Eastleigh, Winchester, Romsey, Andover, Alton, Basingstoke, Portsmouth, Salisbury, and the surrounding areas. Founded in 1980, we’ve spent the last 46 years building a business our clients trust, and we’re now a third-generation, close family unit working together on every project we take on. Between us, our team brings over 80 years of combined scaffolding experience to domestic, commercial, and industrial sites alike. Every member of our team is fully qualified, and as a company, we’re CISRS, CITB, and SMAS accredited, so you’re working with people who know the industry inside out.

Our hands-on approach to every project shows in our work, from design through to the final build. We use our own in-house scaffolding erectors for most projects, bringing in trusted sub-contractors when extra capacity is needed, and we’re on hand for emergencies during normal working hours, which is one of the reasons clients keep recommending us.

New Build Home Scaffolding for Developers and Housebuilders

New build home scaffolding is one of the areas we’re most active in, working directly with developers and housebuilders across the region. We handle single storey, double storey, and triple storey scaffolding on new build sites, along with bird cage scaffolding and indoor scaffolding for internal works. Our team can also help with scaffold design at the planning stage, so the right system is specified before anyone sets foot on site. Working alongside developers on a regular basis means we understand build programmes and can fit around site schedules without holding up other trades.
